With a sport intermezzo you will enliven the seminar, improve the health of the participants and foster team spirit.

Sports programmes are carried out by third party specialists.

Hatha Yoga
In the morning before the seminar or as mental relaxation in the break. In summer held outdoors, in winter in the relaxation room 20 mins.   CHF 300.- flat rate for up to 10 people

Talks
Fascinating presentations by Otmar Keller, developed over many years' experience in professional sports (Alinghi, Swiss National Football Team, various motor racers). Choice of topics:

  • "In the top Team despite Limitations"
Cost and duration by agreement. Further topics are possible. Talk can be combined with practical exercises.
