From 29th May to the middle of September 2018, we spoil you in the restaurant Collina and on our wonderful panoramic terrace with 10 different tartare variations, from the classic beef steak tartare to fish tartare to the vegetarian-oriental variant. We prepare all the tartares fresh and serve them in three different portion sizes.
During the Tartare Festival, all tartare lovers will get their full pleasure. For example with our “Surf & Turf Tartare” or with the “Highland Tartare” from the Scottish Galloway beef, which we flambé with Scottish whiskey. Discover as well our “Signature Tartare” made with Höfner beef (Höfe is the area around Feusisberg). An own creation of the Panorama kitchen with thyme, Swiss Belper nodule, onsen egg and potato espuma. Or how about a delicious “Fjord salmon tartare”, which we smoke at the table under a glass cover?
