Additional Services
Residents have full access to the hotel's range of services, including the restaurants, room service, massages, cosmetics, and all other hotel services, which are available for an additional charge.

Prices
All prices are in CHF per month and are based on a single occupancy. For double occupancy, + CHF 300.- per month for the service amenities.
The prices include:
- Monthly rent inclusive of fixed utilities (water, sewage, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, TV channels, building maintenance)
- Service Package: Apartment cleaning, access to the 24-hour reception, entry to the Akari Spa, Akari Lounge, and Akari Gym, and participation in the hotel's sports program.

Tenants have the following parking options available, monthly rates:
- Underground parking space: CHF 150
- Underground parking space with electric charging station: CHF 200 (excluding electricity consumption)
- Outdoor parking space: CHF 50

Is it permissible to register residence here?
Yes, for the "5-Star Living" apartments, registering residence in Feusisberg is allowed.Are there mailboxes?
Yes, just like standard residential buildings, each resident has their own mailbox.What's the minimum lease duration and the notice period?
The minimum rental period for Skyline and Blue Horizon Apartments (unfurnished) is 12 months. For Serenity Apartments (furnished), the minimum rental period is 6 months. A shorter rental period of less than 6 months may be granted for Serenity Apartments on a case-by-case basis, in which case a different pricing model will apply.Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.Is it allowed to play musical instruments?
No, out of consideration for hotel guests and other residents, playing musical instruments or engaging in other noise-generating hobbies is not permitted.Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or loggia. Inside all hotel premises, including the apartment, smoking is not allowed.Are visitors allowed?
Yes, your guests are welcome. Occasional visitors can use the hotel parking and can access your apartment via the eastern entrance without going through the hotel reception. For regular guests, such as life partners or other family members who frequently stay with you, the service package needs to be upgraded to include a second person (+300.-/month), and the corresponding parking spaces must be rented.Can tenants use the hotel's services?
Yes, you can avail all the services. This is what makes the service concept so unique: you can cook if you wish, order room service like a hotel guest, or dine in our restaurants. You can also use massages, beauty treatments, chauffeur services, secretarial services, etc. If you have a business meeting, the hotel offers various spaces for meetings. These services are billed separately.How are hotel consumptions billed?
