Because at Surf & Turf, the culinary best from the sea is combined with the finest meat from the land.
Enjoy this exceptional flavour combination of lobster, king prawn, scallop and calamari, paired with selected meat specialities such as LUMA pork loin, Höfner beef fillet, dry-aged John Stone ribeye, and tender Swiss veal loin. All dishes are carefully prepared on the «Big Green Egg» grill, ensuring intense flavours and perfect tenderness.
The Surf & Turf menu is available at Restaurant Collina until March 2026, in addition to the regular menu.
