Because at Surf & Turf, the culinary best from the sea is combined with the finest meat from the land.

Indulge in this unique flavor combination of lobster, prawns, mussels, and octopus, paired with carefully selected meat specialties such as Pata Negra pork tenderloin, Welsh lamb racks, Höfner beef fillet, John Stone rib-eye steak, and veal chops. Available at our Collina Restaurant as a special addition to the regular menu until March 2025.
