The Hotel

Nice words that are really meant to be. Faces you know.

At the Panorama Resort & Spa Feusisberg we live naturalness, genuine hospitality and attention to detail. And we attach great importance to the personal service that makes us so well known. Relax in the first-class spa, feast in our sensual restaurants, lean back in the rooms and suites or have a far-sighted meeting in our meeting rooms. In addition, we serve you a view of the lake and land that is second to none.

  • The company & the hosts

The Panorama Resort & Spa is 100% owned by the Hotel Panorama Feusisberg AG, which is owned by the Rüegg family. The Rüegg family runs the company personally.

  • Our values: «genuine. personal.»

Genuine. Personal. - with these two words we define our self-image towards our guests. By «genuine» we understand ourselves as true hosts who cultivate genuine and honest hospitality. With «personal» we underline the undisturbed contact with guests and employees.

  • Our vision & sustainability (excerpt from the mission statement)

The Panorama Resort & Spa should remain a unique place for relaxation and social events. Anyone who meets here, has delicious meals, intellectually educates or celebrates exuberantly should experience a plus in quality of life.

We want to bring the company into the future in a sustainable, socially, ecologically and economically viable manner. That is why we take our responsibility seriously in the three pillars: «Food & Beverage», «Resources» and «Education»:

    • «Food & Beverage»: in-house production, local suppliers, etc. from organic and sustainable production
    • «Resources»: Saving energy, water and consumables. Obligation to the FOEN to reduce CO2 consumption
    • «Education»: Continuous training and further education and promotion of employees
  • Architecture & Design

The main building west with the simple outer shell dates from the 1970s, the building east was built in 2001. The inner workings with hotel rooms, restaurants and wellness - continuously renewed - have been turned into real worlds of experience..

The Oriental Boutique Rooms take the guests into the oriental worlds. The Loy Fah restaurant exudes a touch of Asian flair.

The architecture of the building has been planned for several years by the architectural office Halter Hunziker from Rapperswil and further developed by Jan Gerlings. The Superior Chic Rooms and the Collina restaurant were designed by Monika Lehmeier, a designer from Schletterer in Austria. The interior design of the contemporary Thai restaurant Loy Fah and the Mangomoon Sky Bar was shaped by the architects Pratee & Chotima Pruttivarnijkul and the lighting designer Vee Kungwankitti from Thailand.

Akari Spa from November 2023: The spa area, which was redesigned in 2023, combines fine materials and indirect light sources with a modern, mystical design. Transparent structures open up a boundless view of Lake Zurich and merge with lush greenery to create an exclusive oasis of tranquillity and luxury. The talented interior designers Pratee and Chotima Pruttivarnijkul and the lighting designer Vee Kungwankitti from Thailand, known for their work in the Thai restaurant "Loy Fah", have once again contributed their expertise. During the on-site implementation, architect Jan Gerlings and the MK-Projekte construction management team, Rolf Morger and Stefan Keller, demonstrated their expertise by bringing an impressively unique vision to life.
