RESERVATIONS
- You can make reservations online here.
- All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card, which will only be charged in the event of a short-term cancellation. On departure, you are welcome to pay in cash, with EC Maestro or by credit card.
- Please let us know your arrival time so that your treatment appointments can be made accordingly. On arrival you will receive a clearly arranged appointment card with the treatments you have booked.
- The Akari Spa can be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 2:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
- The room can be occupied from 2 p.m. The check-out time is 12.00 noon. Depending on availability, you can move into your room earlier or leave later. Please contact our reception staff for this.

GETTING THERE

- You can park your car conveniently in our underground car park (CHF 20.- per day). There are also enough free outdoor parking spaces.
- Are you traveling by train or plane? We are happy to pick you up from Zurich Airport, Zurich Main Train Station or Pfäffikon SZ train station. Order our chargeable shuttle transfer by calling +41 (0) 44 786 00 00.
AKARI SPA
- We recommend that you reserve treatments in advance. Otherwise the desired treatment may no longer be available.
- Report to the spa reception about 10 minutes before your treatment. Arriving late reduces the duration of the treatment and thus your recovery time.
- Please let us know at least 12 hours before the spa appointment if you are unable to attend, otherwise the treatment will have to be charged.
- Bathrobes and slippers are provided in your room. This allows you to move comfortably from your room to the Akari Spa. Bath towels are provided at the Akari Spa.
- In the areas of relaxation & regeneration, baths & pools and fitness & sport, you can stay in a bathing suit or sportswear. The saunas & steam baths area is a nude zone, although you can also keep your bathing clothes on.
- Children under 3 years of age are not allowed in the Akari Spa. Children from 3 to 12 years of age have only access to the indoor and outdoor pools from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Children aged 12 and over can use the indoor and outdoor pools at any time. For safety reasons, all children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the fitness room or the thermal baths and must always be accompanied by an adult.
CLOTHING RULES
- In the Collina and Loy Fah restaurants as well as in the Mangomoon Bar, a neat appearance is desired from 6 p.m. onwards. That means: no sneakers, blouse / shirt (no T-shirts), long trousers or well-groomed jeans and no caps.
- In the areas of relaxation & regeneration, baths & pools and fitness & sport, you can stay in a bathing suit or sportswear. The saunas & steam baths area is a nude zone, although you can also keep your bathing clothes on.
GASTRONOMY
- The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and is served Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Instead of the breakfast buffet, you can also have a continental breakfast served in the comfort of your room.
- The Collina restaurant is open daily from 11.30 a.m. to midnight.
- The Loy Fah restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to midnight.
- We recommend that you reserve the 5-course gourmet menu in advance. You have the choice between the Restaurant Collina, the Restaurant Loy Fah and the Restaurant Körnlisegg.
- The Akari Spa has a buffet with fine snacks for in between.
- You will also find a room service menu in your room with a nice selection of dishes for a small appetite.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Gift inspiration, enjoyment and relaxation. You can also give away all of our offers as a voucher. You can find an overview here.
- Vouchers are valid for up to 18 months after the date of issue.
- Reservations can be made here online or by telephone on 044 786 00 00. Please provide your voucher number when you make your reservation.
CHILDREN
- We charge children up to 12 years of age who stay in their parents' room at the special rate of CHF 50 per night and per child including breakfast buffet. Children up to a maximum of 3 years who sleep in their parents' bed or in a cot are free of charge, breakfast is included.
- In the restaurant, you can choose between a children's plate at CHF 15.- and a children's plate with dessert at CHF 25.- for your child up to the age of 12.

MISCELLANEOUS
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
- The hotel has an unattended smoking room.
- Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the hotel for reasons of hygiene.
- We would like to point out that public areas (corridors, reception) are partially video-monitored for your safety.
