Game Season
It's hunting season!
From the 16th of September until mid November we serve delicious game dishes with popular accompaniments like spaetzle, red cabbage and glazed chestnuts.
From venison entrecôte, duck liver and wild boar to saddle of venison flambéed at the table, you will find everything your "wild" heart desires. But also the enjoyment for our vegeterian guests is not missing either. For example, we take you on an autumn walk with red cabbage, chestnuts, mushrooms, pumpkin, and butter spaetzle.
