Game Season
It's hunting season!
From the 18th of September until middle of November we serve delicious game dishes with popular accompaniments like spaetzle, red cabbage and glazed chestnuts.
From venison ham, duck liver and wild boar to saddle of venison flambéed at the table, you will find everything your "wild" heart desires. But also the enjoyment for our vegeterian guests is not missing either. For example, we take you on an autumnal walk with red cabbage, chestnuts, mushrooms, quince, pumpkin and butter spaetzle.
